Lots for sale in Aysén

Land ready to build on, with its own tax roll, year-round access and waterfront or mountain views.

Seven lots, seven places

A lot is bought for the spot: where the house will sit and what you see from the window. The rest is that the paperwork lets you build it.

They range from 0.5 to 1.7 hectares. Four of the seven declare their own tax roll, which is what lets you buy, register and build without waiting on a subdivision, and year-round access from Route 7.

The lots range from 0.5 to 1.7 hectares. Four of the seven declare their own tax roll, which is what allows you to buy, register and build without depending on a pending subdivision, and year-round access from Route 7.

Prices range from CLP 35,000,000 to CLP 150,000,000. Four of them have their own waterfront: 80 metres at Lago Alto, about 45 at Lago Azul, about 30 on the Río Bertrand, and river frontage on the 11,575 m² lot. The rest are bought for the view.

Frequently asked questions

Lots for sale in Aysén

What does it mean for a lot to have its own tax roll?

It means the lot is individually registered with the Chilean tax authority as an independent property, with its own assessment roll number. That is what allows you to buy it, register it in your name and apply for permits without waiting for a subdivision to be completed. Four of the seven lots in the portfolio declare it.

Are they accessible in winter?

Four of the seven lots declare year-round access from Route 7, which is a maintained road. The 11,575 m² lot declares access from the Carretera Austral without specifying the season. The Río Bertrand plot has a registered right of way, and the Lago Azul plot is reached by water or by helicopter.

Which one has the most waterfront?

Among those that declare their shoreline in metres, the Lago Alto lot: 80 metres across 0.6 hectares, which is also the highest shoreline-to-area ratio in the portfolio.

Looking for something not on the list?
