Farms for sale in Aysén

Large-scale properties with river or lagoon frontage, native forest and productive or tourism potential.

Seven estates with their own water

An estate is bought for its size and for what can be done on it. In Aysén, what separates an estate from a large piece of land is water.

The seven estates range from 28 to 280 hectares and all of them have waterfront: the Río Ibáñez, the Río Norte, the Río Exploradores, the Vargas and Baker rivers, Laguna Espejo and about 170 metres of Lake Cochrane. They suit livestock, conservation, a fly-fishing lodge or a tourism development.

Farms for sale in Aysén

The estates in the portfolio range from 28 to 280 hectares and all of them have their own water: river frontage at Río Ibáñez, Río Norte and the two Río Exploradores estates, frontage on two rivers (the Vargas and the Baker) at the 212-hectare estate, lagoon frontage at Laguna Espejo and about 170 metres of Lake Cochrane shoreline at the 280-hectare estate. Water is what separates a Patagonian estate from a large piece of land.

Prices range from CLP 200,000,000 to CLP 650,000,000. In the estates that publish a per-hectare value, it runs from CLP 1,300,000, at the Río Vargas and Río Baker and Lake Cochrane estates, to CLP 12,000,000.

Frequently asked questions

Farms for sale in Aysén

How much does a hectare of land cost in Aysén?

In this portfolio, the estates that publish a per-hectare value range from CLP 1,300,000, at the Río Vargas and Río Baker and Lake Cochrane estates, to CLP 12,000,000. Price depends above all on water frontage, on services already in place, and on access.

Are the estates suitable for livestock?

One states it explicitly: the Río Norte estate, for its natural grassland. The other six are presented with tourism, conservation or private-retreat potential.

Do they have power and water?

It varies, and we publish it property by property. Laguna Espejo declares available electricity and an interior stream. The Río Ibáñez and Río Norte estates, the two Río Exploradores estates, the Río Vargas and Río Baker estate and the Lake Cochrane estate do not declare water or power services in their brochures, and we do not attribute any to them.

Looking for something not on the list?

We work with properties that are not always listed. Tell us what you are looking for (area, waterfront, budget) and we will go through the portfolio with you.
